The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is trying something new to help people in Pakistan who live in rural areas. To make it easier for people who might be eligible to sign up, BISP has set up Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers in different areas of Sindh and Balochistan. This new way of doing things is meant to give people in places with limited access more power. It is part of BISP’s commitment to reaching out to everyone and making a difference.

Mobile Vehicle Registration (25 Districts)
The Mobile Vehicle Registration Centers will start up in 25 areas in Sindh and Balochistan. In Sindh, some of the chosen areas are Gothki, Umarkot, Tharparkar, Sanghar, and Jamshoro. In Balochistan, the program will be in the areas of Chagai, Khuzdar, Kech, Awaran, Lasbela, Sibi, Loralai, and Qila Saifullah. In the future, this area of coverage is likely to grow, which will help even more underserved places.
Help People in Remote Areas
The goal of BISP’s Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers project is to connect remote areas with important support services. This project is for places that don’t have easy access to BISP services. It helps people sign up for services through mobile units. This move is part of a plan to make sure that even people who live in remote areas can easily take advantage of BISP’s help programs.
Mobile Registration Vehicle
The Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers plan is being put into place because people from different groups work together. Together with GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation) and the Sindh Government, the German Government has helped set up these specialized centers. The use of mobile cars, which are paid for by the German government and the GIZ, shows that people in remote areas will be able to get to registration centers.
BISP Kafaalat Program
Over the past year, BISP has done some very impressive things. The money that Benazir Kafaalat gets every three months has been raised to £4,250 per family. Millions of families across the country have benefited from this rise. Also, the number of families helped by BISP has gone from 7.6 million to 9 million in just one year, showing how important the program is becoming.
Even when faced with problems like natural disasters, BISP has shown strength by quickly giving aid money to people who need it. Notably, a total of 550 million was set aside to help 2.8 million flood victims.
BISP Dynamic Registry
The adoption of the Dynamic Registry, which has made it possible to find and sign up millions of worthy beneficiaries, is one of the most important things that BISP has done. This was also a big step forward in Pakistan’s history because it was the first time people with special needs and queer people were included in the program.
One important thing is that about 820,000 people who had been kicked out of BISP because of old government policies now have the chance to fight their exclusion. This proactive step has led to the successful re-enrollment of more than 200,000 users, which shows how committed BISP is to being fair and including everyone.

Conclusion
The launch of the Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers by BISP is a big change that will help it reach more people and make sure everyone is included. By focusing on places that are hard to get to, this project aims to give disadvantaged communities more power and improve their social and economic chances. Even as BISP keeps coming up with new ideas and changing, it stays committed to not leaving anyone behind. It brings hope and help to even the most remote parts of Pakistan.
